Demontfort Fine Art is the UK’s leading International Publishing Company and largest Art Gallery Group. Our portfolio showcases Collectable Limited Editions, Original Paintings and Sculpture.

We are currently recruiting for a highly organised, proactive Internal Sales Executive to join our successful, friendly team. The successful candidate will work closely with some of our Dedicated Galleries and General Stockists to promote and develop this long established brand.

The role:

  • You will be working closely with the Area Sales Manager to promote the sales of artwork from the portfolio ensuring all queries and orders are processed in an efficient and timely manner
  • There will be a high level of daily sales involved within this role so the ability to sell the benefits of art whilst cross selling and upselling to maximise opportunities is essential
  • You will grow and develop strong relationships with long established clients whilst looking to expand on new business opportunities
  • You will be responsible for keeping clients informed of exciting new releases and campaigns
  • You will have a high level of inbound calls covering some of the following; art work enquiries, orders, delivery questions, new releases and allocations therefore this role requires a high level of organisation
  • You will be working towards a territory target with your Area Sales Manager therefore hitting and over achieving target is imperative
  • Dealing with any issues that may arise in an efficient and timely manner

Requirements:

  • The successful candidate will have previous account management, customer service or sales experience, ideally within the luxury retail market
  • You must be a confident communicator; liaising with clients over the phone, via email and face to face
  • You will have a proven ability to build relationships, with clients and colleagues
  • You must be exceptionally organised with the ability to perform multiple tasks, working both alone and as a team
  • You must be proactive as well as reactive, commercially thinking at all times
  • Great IT skills (Microsoft office, excel, Databases, in-house systems)

Working hours:

  • 09:00 – 17:30 Monday to Friday
  • You will work 1 Saturday in every 4 which you will get back in lieu
