Internal Communications & Engagement Business Partner

Location: Leicester

Salary:£47,000 + Car/Car allowance + Bonus + Benefits

Hours: 37.5 Hours

You’ll support our people director, senior leaders, and business leaders in developing, designing and implementing effective colleague engagement and communication strategies, campaigns, activities, tools and channels to help build trust and commitment and enhance contribution and improved performance.

You’ll support and enhance online portals to provide faster, easier access to colleague-related information, from processes and policies to news and events.

The Role

· Devise and implement creative and innovative Internal Communications strategy and plans across the business, keeping the colleague experience in mind

· Provide strategic communications support, advising senior leaders and acting as a communications and engagement business partner

· Deliver communications for compliance and cultural change programmes, as well as support and coach for leadership communications, organisation changes and colleague events.

· Identify and engage with colleagues across our business and network, to better understand communication and engagement needs/gaps

· Build strong stakeholder relationships across the business, including the development of a network of comms champions to provide forums/channels for 2 way dialogue

About You

· Significant experience managing large groups of senior stakeholders

· Experience in event design and delivery

· Experience in developing and implementing colleague engagement and communication plans in medium-large organisations

· Project and budget management skills.

· * Previous experience of working in a ICBP role in a multi-site environment and with field-based teams is essential
