Internal Business Development Co-ordinator | Caddington LU1 4AR | 9.00 to 5.30 Monday to Friday | £23,500 pa plus excellent monthly bonus scheme OTE £28,000 but uncapped

Our client operates in the Mobility sector and has been providing specialist Finance, Insurance Products and Services since 1995 throughout the UK.

Ideally, for this role, you will have a B2B sales focussed background and you will support a small sales team.

  • Due to location must be a car owner/driver
What will your role as an Internal Business Development Co-ordinator look like?
  • Dealing with B2B clients by telephone, offering advice and updates on products/services and ensuring they are well motivated
  • Identifying where clients need further face-to-face training and booking the sales team in to carry out audits, additional training or carrying out the training over zoom
  • To ensure all FCA applications are processed accurately and swiftly to the company’s required standards
  • To ensure all Staff of Clients comply with the company’s processes and online CPD
  • To complete monthly sales reports, identifying poor performers and discussing with the business owners
  • Producing monthly newsletters
  • Calling potential clients and offering services with the goal of booking an appointment for the sales team to visit
