Interim Talent Acquisition Business Partner

6 month FTC initially

c£50k plus benefits

Remote but some site based presence in Surrey and London required

An excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in an international brand that owns a range of well-known products. Your role as Interim Talent Acquisition Business Partner is to ensure that the organisation meets its key business and talent needs through the sourcing and hiring of high quality, high potential, and high performing talent by:

  • Working with business leaders and HR Business partner to build understanding of the internal business needs.

  • In-depth understanding of the external talent market.

  • Utilising knowledge of internal business needs and the external market drivers to deliver an integrated approach to meet current and future business needs.

An experienced and consultative recruitment professional, you will be of graduate calibre (or equivalent experience) and have previous experience of working in an in-house recruitment environment (ideally within FMCG, Supply Chain or other fast paced, customer-centric business). Strong experience of a ’direct hire’ approach is essential.
