Our client currently has an urgent need for an Interim Financial Controller to join their business whilst they go through a recruitment process to recruit on a permanent basis. As part of their Senior Leadership Team this is a key role to be based in Weymouth, Dorset.What will the role involve?
  • Leading the finance function as the number one on site;
  • Providing business partnering support to the wider team in order to deliver strategic and operational objectives;
  • Monitoring financial controls and KPIs, whilst ensuring robust cost control;
  • Annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting;
  • Working closely with all department heads to ensure a full understanding of their budgets.
Suitable Candidate
  • Fully qualified with previous experience at Financial Controller level;
  • Strong analytical skills and a commercial mind-set
