Our Newbury based client is a diverse SME business, which includes a charitable foundation; they are currently recruiting for a hands on interim Finance Manager to support the business through a transition period of 3-6 months.Reporting into the Directors of the business, the Finance Manager will be a key member of a small team and will need to work unsupervised, supporting and reporting to Directors of the business.What will the Finance Manager role involve?
  • Annual budgets, quarterly reporting and cashflow forecasting;
  • Monthly payroll and treasury management;
  • Management and development of a junior staff member;
  • Financial statements including facilitating the annual audit process;
  • Oversee tax processes and management of 3rd party relationships.
Suitable Candidate For The Finance Manager Vacancy
  • Qualified Accountant ACA/ACCA/CIMA;
  • Prior experience working in a broad and hands on SME financial management role;
  • Our client is also happy to consider individuals making their first move into industry from an accountancy firm;
  • Possesses key attributes of integrity, flexibility and problem solving.
