Chilworth Partnership are partnering a fast-growing consumer SME business based in Dorset. We are looking for an Interim Finance Director starting in July 2021 to support the COO and CEO as the organisation goes through a transformation period.
The Interim role will be for a period of six months, to take over responsibility for leading and developing the Finance function whilst delivering key financial projects.

Reporting to the COO we are looking for someone with the following attributes:

  • Experience of working in a fast-paced SME within FMCG, Retail or Manufacturing environment
  • Proven experience of building an expanding finance function
  • Fund raising experience
  • Strong financial modelling skills
  • Proven financial leadership and governance experience
  • Previous experience of navigating the challenges that high business growth presents
  • Proven ability to bring strategic commercial acumen to support decision making
  • Positive drive, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability and a high degree of emotional intelligence
  • Hands-on working knowledge of improving financial processes and systems
