Sanderson are recruiting on behalf of an incredibly well established global insurance brand who are looking for engaging, positive & dynamic individuals to help expand their business. You will be the first point of contact for prospective customers requesting a quote and is a fantastic opportuntiy to begin a career in insurance without any cold calling.

Your Responsibilities:

  • To respond to enquiries from customers, via both inbound and outbound phone calls to determine requirements and complete policies.
  • To address the needs of a customer by recognising opportunity to up-sell accounts, explaining features and benefits.
  • Offering expertise/knowledge on products and services which enhance and grown customer loyalty.
  • Engage with both current and previous customers via a number of marketing opportunities.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent customer service focus
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Personal commitment and enthusiasm

Experience:

  • Ability to demonstrate rapport by building experience around customer care and sound ability to serve customers in a compliant environment.
  • Call centre experience would be ideal but not essential.
  • Experience of working towards performance targets.
