Salary: £18,000 - £20,000 + Commission

Our client is one of the fastest growing Commercial Insurance Brokers, and they are based in the Sale area. Benefits of the Insurance Retentions Advisor role:

Our client has a defined program in place to encourage every member of their team to increase their basic salary. The employee progression route has been created to ensure you are rewarded for your efforts with regular checkpoints in place where your salary will be reviewed to allow you to maximise your earning potential.

For every 5 months out of 6 that you are on target you will receive an additional 2% increase on your basic salary.

You will be given the option upon the successful completion of probation to study for your Cert. CII, funded by our client. You will also be given a £2,000 pay increase on successful completion of your studies as a reward for your hard work!

The Insurance Retentions Advisor role:

As Insurance Advisor, you’ll be working within an established team acting as a key point of contact for our existing customers to discuss their renewal options by providing the highest standards of service that our customers expect and our reputation is built on. This is an inbound role. You will not be required to make any outbound or cold calls in this role.

The successful Insurance Retentions Advisor will have:

• Previous experience in a target driven environment
• 2 years experience in either insurance or sales
• Experience building rapport with customers to understand their individual needs and circumstances
• The ability to negotiate with underwriters and clients
• You will need to be organised and ambitious in order to achieve targets
