About you:

• At least level 4 in English and Maths, with A levels as an option.
• A desire to work towards professional qualification
• Analytical capability coupled with the ability to communicate ideas simply
• Motivated self-starter with a can-do attitude and lots of enthusiasm
• Team player with open communication when working with others
• We are seeking driven and ambitious individuals with a willingness to learn
• Good IT skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Committed, reliable and trustworthy
• Confident with the ability to speak to customers on the phone or face-to-face (full training provided)

The day to day:

• The opportunity to work in other areas and different branches of the business, including sales, finance, operations and compliance to help you to develop a broad range of insurance knowledge and deep understanding of our business.
• Experience of working in a business delivering a complex transformation as part of an ambitious strategy.
• Develop the skills and qualities of an insurance executive whist pursuing supported professional qualifications through the Chartered Institute of Insurance.
• Develop Management and Leadership skills to benefit the business and develop our leaders of the future.

• 8 hour shift
