Job Description


  • Chasing policy documents
  • Liaising with clients and insurance companies
  • Processing all policy amendments
  • Chasing clients for any outstanding documents
  • General administration and customer service duties

  • Liaison with all stakeholders and regular review meetings
  • Collate and maintain fleet information and ensuring accuracy of data

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience as an Insurance Administrator is essential
  • Highly organised
  • Great communication skills
  • Computer literate
  • Can commute to Redditch
