Our client is a Telecommunications Services Provider, offering RF and Fixed connectivity services and solutions to businesses across London and beyond. Our client is looking for an Installations Team Supervisor with some leadership and engineering experience within the B2B IT, Telecoms or Technology sectors to help drive the business growth. *Responsibilities: * The role of the Installation Team Supervisor is to ensure the successful install activities of wireless P2P and P2MP network clients, such as surveys, installs, decommissions etc., and to supervise the install teams to ensure highest levels of technical quality, personal behaviour and company representation to the customer. *Duties include: * · Supporting the field operations management with leadership, training, R&D and quality control of installations and the installation teams · Successful completion of all surveys, installs, decoms and customer escalations · Logistical support with daily scheduling and P1 fault resolutions · Predictions and planning for P2P services, including SSRAMS for sites and base stations and licensing for P2P links · Support management with the ordering and auditing of stock and field-based assets · Assist Sales with Engineering based pre-sales support and TSS. · Inter department liaison with Operations, RF, Sales and NOC. · Ensure activities meet and integrate with organisational requirements for quality management, health and safety, legal stipulations, environmental policies and general duty of care. · Develop self and maintain knowledge in relevant field at all times *Experience and Competencies: * · 5+ years’ experience in RF and telecoms installation, service delivery, planning and project management preferable · Troubleshooting & fault rectification of various wireless, networking and microwave equipment at base station & customer sites · Energetic, adaptive, administrative, motivated & ready to work in a small organization · Very Good planning and organizational skills, with good attention to details · Good internal and external communication skills · A solid team player that can quickly build rapport with individuals from all grades and sections of the company · Good problem-solver, able to work under pressure, coping with many competing demands · Strong English communication skills both written and verbal · Good knowledge of Office and Salesforce and able to pick up systems and workflows quickly
