We are currently looking for a 2 -6 PQE Insolvency Lawyer to join our specialist Insolvency and Corporate Restructuring team in Leicester.

Our Insolvency and Corporate Recovery team specialises in all aspects of insolvency, contentious and non-contentious, personal and corporate, with a particular focus on complex investigative contentious work. The role will enable the candidate to develop a strong specialism in all aspects of insolvency work, including managing their own case-load and working as part of a wider team on larger cases.

We can offer you an excellent flexible work life balance with a mixture between home and office with a fantastic friendly team. This team are specialists in their field and they will provide you with training and development to help you reach your goals. We encourage all of our team members to take an active role in business development allowing you to build and develop your own relationships within the Insolvency sector.

A few things which we hope distinguish us from our competitors:
  • We are an award-winning firm: a growing Top 100 Best Companies employer and we are ranked 5th in the Top 20 Best Law Firms to work for in 2021.
  • We have retained our Tier 1 Ranking in the East Midlands for Insolvency and Corporate Recovery, which we feel accurately reflects our reputation in this sector across the East Midlands and the fact that we continue to win substantial and complex insolvency instructions from a wide variety of insolvency practitioners and businesses.
  • We continue to sit on the Insolvency Service panel dealing with director disqualification and public interest winding up matters. In the last year we have successfully re-tendered for the panel appointment acting for the Official Receiver on compulsory liquidations and bankruptcies where the Official Receiver retains the administration of the insolvent estate.

We would really love to hear from you and are really happy to have an informal discussion so you can understand how we work and what the team is like, allowing you to assess if interviewing for a role at Howes Percival is the right move for you. We are confident that it will be!
