We are looking for a solicitor to join our Dispute Resolution team in Leicester. This is an excellent opportunity to join a top-tier Legal 500 firm working closely with a highly experienced partner led team. You will deal with commercial disputes with a particular emphasis on company/shareholder disputes, warranty claims, professional negligence claims, contract disputes, agency disputes and contentious probate. You will also have exposure to contentious property work (eg landlord and tenant disputes, lease renewals, dilapidations, contentious breaks, residential repossessions).

The work and issues are fast paced with never a dull moment.
