Syniti’s Inside Sales Representatives are the first point of contact for most prospects. Sitting inside the Sales team at Synti, Inside Sales are the bridge between marketing awareness campaigns and our Account Executives, introducing the world to Syniti and seeking to understand how the customer/ prospect could benefit from having cleaner, more powerful data.

The successful candidate will be tasked with pro-active inbound qualification, and outbound generation and progression of leads to identify Syniti Data Replication opportunities, and will be required to use channels such as phone, email and LinkedIn messages to engage prospects and host initial pitches.

This position will be based in Farnborough but we do offer flexible working arrangements (i.e. a mix of office and work from home).

What You Will Do
  • Pro-actively generate, qualify and progress ‘warm’ leads to identify Syniti Data Replication Opportunities
  • Achieve weekly, monthly and quarterly goals related to new contacts, new customer opportunities and demos/ meetings
  • Follow up to qualify in/out all marketing qualified leads referred to sales and ensure correct lead process is followed
  • Provide status updates on marketing qualified and sales accepted leads to support accurate reporting
  • Pro-actively and independently, research and profile organisations/industry sectors to build deeper insights for our marketing engines
  • Participate in marketing events towards the region by driving invitations and follow ups on regional campaigns

  • Excellent communicator across all platforms: LinkedIn, email, phone etc.
  • Confidence to discuss digital transformation projects with senior business and technical users
  • Social media savvy – be able to network and post engaging content across LinkedIn to build social presence
  • Ability to understand business drivers/strategy
  • Interest in technology and good technical aptitude
  • Able to build excellent long-term relationships
  • Effective time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Numerate with a high attention to detail
  • Able to strive to achieve set KPI’s and sales targets
  • Interest in technology and good technical aptitude
  • Pro-active, tenacious, enthusiastic and self-motivated
  • Good problem-solving capabilities
  • Willingness to advance knowledge and research the data migration/Cloud/Information Governance technology markets and industry sectors
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a Business or Technology discipline would be an advantage
  • Previous experience in an internal sales and/or customer facing role
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and/or Marketo would be an an advantage
  • Fluent in written and oral English
  • Fluency in an additional language would be an advantage
