If you are looking for a firm where you can build a future and make an impact, then RSM is the place for you.National Technology is an internal service team at RSM UK whose purpose is to deliver and manage the technology solutions to support the firm’s ambitious growth plans as well as day-to-day operations. RSM recognises the strategic importance of IT and Digital to the future of the business and is investing in IT and digital skills and solutions to better serve the needs of our clients and people.This role is within the Infrastructure Team who are responsible for managing the firm’s networks, data centres, IT security, end-user technologies and their deployment. It is our job to make sure everything runs smoothly. We are a team made up of talented and passionate individuals who work together in an Agile environment to deliver solutions to constantly changing business needs.Working as part of the infrastructure team you will be responsible for supporting and enhancing our national IT infrastructure as well as project work, you will be primarily focused on shaping the direction of the Modern Workplace for RSM through technologies in Microsoft 365 and Azure.Your role will not be limited to Modern Workplace, but this will be your primary responsibility. You should be competent in IT infrastructure generally and will be expected to undertake project work and support in other areas as business needs dictate.We are looking for someone who is keen and enthusiastic and who wants to develop their career in the M365 product stack.Responsibilities
  • Maintain and enhance current Microsoft 365 technologies.
  • Keeping up to date with emerging features and products within an M365 E5 subscription.
  • Configuring Azure SSO/App integrations.
  • Microsoft Endpoint Manager/Intune administration.
  • Liaise with infrastructure suppliers to coordinate new implementations and maintenance of existing infrastructure.
  • Aid with the governance and security within M365.
  • Proactive monitoring and performance improvement of current infrastructure.
  • Provide 3rd line support to the National IT Helpdesk and regional IT Practitioners.
  • Creation and maintenance of systems documentation.
  • Assist in the creation of new IT policies.
  • Take a role and provide support in designated infrastructure projects.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of maintaining Microsoft 365 Technologies in a hybrid configuration.
  • Experience in Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Azure Active Directory, Productivity and Collaboration Tools (Teams, Power Platform and emerging technologies).
  • Working knowledge of general IT infrastructure
  • Vendor and third-party collaboration.
  • Experience working in an ITIL aligned environment, with ISO 27001.mum Qualifications
