Job content
Vision Independent Financial Planning is a dynamic, established, financial advice network, founded and based in Cornwall. Having been founded 13 years ago by just two advisers and their wives, we pride ourselves on having retained a real family feel, throughout all areas of our business, despite our rapid growth. We are looking for an IT Systems Officer to join the busy IT department in our award-winning Head Office team. Having recently won an award for the Best Financial Advisers to Work For 2022 at the Professional Adviser Awards, we are extremely proud of the culture we have created.
We believe our people are our biggest strength; we treat our people with care and respect, openly encouraging collaboration. We genuinely believe finding the right person is as important as previous experience and qualifications, as full, hands on training will be provided. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and thrive whilst working in a busy office environment, with the ability to adapt to ever changing workload requirements.
The successful applicant will be based in our head office in Falmouth. The role will consist of acting as a central point of contact for users on a day to day basis, as well as a focal point for users to report incidents and service. To propose, implement and maintain systems in line with best practice and IT governance.
