We have a fantastic career opportunity to join our Marketing Team at RKW, Europe’s leading distributor and manufacturer of small domestic appliances and housewares products, working as part of the company’s brand marketing team. Part of the Sutton Venture Group, RKW was established in 1989 and has grown from strength to strength.

Responsibilities and Duties

Influencer Marketing (60% of time)

• Managing the day to day activities with company’s team of retained brand ambassadors / influencers
• Recruit new influencers on to the influencer database ensuring their profile is consistent with brand targets.
• Engage with Influencers - Negotiate activity, pricing and KPIs with new and existing influencers and their agents.
• Create content briefs designed for influencers to utilise and convert into content
• Schedule creative content with influencers aligned with seasonal event and new product introductions
• Track Influencer team success on key social media channels, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube against key KPIs and budget.

Social Commerce (25% of time)

• Manage content creation plans specifically on the Tik Tok platform working with influencers from the Content Creators network
• Work closely with company’s designated Tik Tok Account Manager on all promotional opportunities
• Develop content and Tik Tok advertising plans as part of the monthly planning process designed to meet sales and engagement KPI targets

Planning (5% of time)

• Contribute to the creation of the monthly Social Media and Influencer calendars
• Plan ahead reserving product samples to send to influencers for content creation ahead of calendar activity plans

Admin (5% of time)

• Maintain a library of influencer content working with the Social Media Marketing Exec sharing content across multiple platforms

Reporting (5% of time)

• Report on trends and target competitor activity
• Monthly report on social media activity performance to agreed KPIs

General Duties

• Research key competitors marketing activity
• Collaborate with the in-house Design Studio for the creation of company’s’ marketing content
• Collaborate with the in-house Web Marketing team
• Collaborate with the Product Marketing Team delivering marcomms activities consistent with product priorities and NPI roadmaps
• Manage external marketing agencies and departmental preferred martech
• Focus on ROI, measuring and maximising return for all marcomms activities

Experience and Skills

• Working in a junior marketing role for minimum of 1 year
• Experience with working on Influencer management platforms
• Experience of working with influencers creating briefs for content creation
• Detailed understanding of digital marketing channels specifically managing social media platforms
