Role: Pickers and Packers
Pay rate: £11.18
Shifts: 4 on 2 off, shifts between 0600-2300. Temp2Perm

The Best Connection are looking for multiple Pickers and Packers for our client based in Crawley who cater and supply food services to London Gatwick Airport. This is a Temp2Perm opportunity so a permanent contract will be on offer for the right candidates if they prove themselves.


As a Picker and Packer your duties will be:

Picking orders with the use of hand held scanners
Packing the orders and loading them onto trays ready for dispatch to Gatwick Airport

As you will be partially working at Gatwick Airport, we will need a 5 year reference history as well as a clean DBS when requested (paid for by us). The pay rate for the role is £11.18per hour with shift rotations of 4 on 2 off and shift times between 0600-2300 (at minimum 6 hours preferred).


Requirements for the role:

Good level of written and verbal English
Ability to work quickly and efficiently once fully familiarised with the role
Will need to sit and pass their GSAT (General Security and Awareness Training)

The client also have a canteen on site where they supply food and beverages free of charge for their staff for breaks.
