Overview:
Change Grow Live are a charity dedicated to the belief that we can make a difference to our Service Users lives. Our core values are ‘Be Open, Be Compassionate and Be Bold’ and our volunteers apply these daily offering support and respect in a safe environment, treating each service user as an individual and working with them to find the right treatment and care options.

We are currently recruiting an IPS Volunteer to join our North Lancs team. As a volunteer you will receive specialised training on our approach to support to our service users into Employment.


We are proud to be working alongside the OHID whose goal is to level up health disparities, breaking the link between backgrounds and prospects to give everyone the expectation of living life in good health.

Responsibilities:

You will work along our IPS Specialist contributing to developing positive relationships with local employers, collages and a wide range of training opportunities that will enable our clients to take steps to open up to their potential whether it be employment, training or education.
