Overview:
Making the decision to enter treatment can be an intimidating experience for the people we support. You can make a difference.

As a Volunteer Receptionist with ReNew & Change Grow Live you’ll work with people who use our services by answering questions, sign-posting and making them feel at ease when waiting for their appointments.

Responsibilities:
With this role you’ll be working as part of the Duty & Administration team based in Trafalgar House on Beverley Road.

The team supports with the day-to-day running of the service and no two days are the same. We treat every person who comes into our service as an individual, so being flexible, curious and a good listener are key.

We will support you in this volunteering role by ensuring that you receive regular supervision, and have someone on site who you can approach for day-to-day advice and guidance. In return for the time you give you will receive valuable training and gain experience and skills. You’ll be making a real difference too.
