We are currently seeking an Individual Needs Assistant to work one-on-one with a year three student who faces communication and emotional difficulties at a school in Lewes, East Sussex. The school takes a therapeutic approach to managing this child’s behavior, and they want someone who can adapt their approach to the child’s needs.

Location: Lewes, East Sussex

Days: Monday and Tuesday

Start Date: Immediate, and will run through to the end of the academic year

The ideal candidate will have experience working as an Individual Needs Assistant in a SEND environment. However, someone who has a clear passion and desire to work in this field will also be considered. The successful candidate will work closely with the school to support the wellbeing of the child, ensuring that they have the guidance and support they need to successfully navigate their way around an increasingly complex world.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
