ECO are looking for experienced Travel Consultants’ to join our inbound sales team at Doxford Park Sunderland. Working on behalf of the fastest growing online travel agency in the UK, you will be selling a vast mix of products including short and long haul destinations and city breaks! Job Scope:

You will be taking warm inbound leads with the aim of selling the holiday. This could be the end to end sale, up selling of cross selling the range of products and additional services. Use your passion and knowledge to create a high class customer service and sales experience for the customers.

Working Hours: 41 hours per week working

Shifts: Between Monday to Sunday, on a rotating shift pattern between 09:00-20:30

Salary: £10.42 per hour OTC: Uncapped commission with OTE of £30,000 per annum Training and Development: 2 weeks classroom-based training plus one week floor training. Ongoing training and development

Purpose:

● Responding to telephone based enquires from the website or referrals

● Understanding the customers needs and tailoring the holiday to suit the customer

- Delivering an amazing customer call to create a memorable experience for the customer

● Providing value-added customer service in relation to promotions and additional services

Key Tasks/Accountabilities:

● To strive toward the achievement of Key Performance Indicators whilst maintaining outstanding quality

● Continuously demonstrate excellent customer service skills (including questioning, probing, listening, establishing rapport, matching and closing)

● You will work with your colleagues across the department to identify and highlight trends in any customer queries

● Working towards targets and clear objectives set by the business

Personal Qualities

● Previous experience within the leisure and tourist industry, or other similar roles, with a passion for sales!

● Strong team working ability to embrace the culture of ECO! To be motivated and driven to make money!

● A great communicator, who can engage with customers and easily build rapport!

● Be passionate about being the best you can be and want to achieve targets

A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

travel industry: 1 year (required)

B2C: 1 year (required)
