Alongside Clinical Team Lead and Service Manager, this important role will also provide supervisory support and day to day co-ordination of the support worker team. Working within our services, the post supports service users with the provision of a quality and compassionate care, ensuring on a day-to-day basis service users receive care and support according to their individual needs and nursing support plan. The postholder will be responsive and sensitive to residents individual needs, encouraging them to maintain safe independent functioning in an environment that is both homely and non-institutionalised in its practices or projection. The postholder will ensure that services are provided in a way that is consistent with our values, supporting and promoting an organisational culture that values accountability, respect, excellence, innovation and compassion.
