An understanding of commercial property and small business transactions is essential, alongside purchase/sale transactions and leases.In addition to handling your own caseload of files you will be expected to provide support to other members of the team.The Role Will Involve
  • Providing legal advice and assistance to existing clients
  • Managing a caseload of Commercial Property matters and giving guidance to others in the team
  • Handling commercial property transactions from the initial client contact through to completion, such as sale and purchase of commercial freehold and leasehold premises, landlord and tenant matters, acquisition and sale of property for development, and acting for pension schemes, trusts, and companies
  • Providing outstanding client care at all times
Suitable candidates will have
  • Fully qualified status as a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive, ideally with 3 years’ PQE or more
  • Experience running your own commercial property caseload
  • A sound understanding of commercial property law
  • Excellent communication skills
