Salary: £39,354.72+ £4,145.28 Car Allowance

Ark is looking for an ICT Business Partner who will support and lead Ark’s corporate and strategic expectations with regard to the ICT function. We are ideally looking for someone who is passionate about customer service and knowledgeable in the maintenance and support of IT systems with a good understanding of new technologies and a keen interest to explore how they might benefit the organisation.

It is an exciting time to join the team as we are about to embark upon a digital transformation programme which will span the lifetime of our business plan and beyond. The beginning of this process will be to map out Ark’s digital journey and the role of Business Partner will be key to supporting the organisation to deliver the key milestones as agreed with the Executive Team & Board of Management. The business plan itself will see Ark reshape as a modern, future-focused organisation that builds on our technological and digital capability that aims to positively impact on the lives of its tenants, supported people and staff.

This role will also support and advise the user community and monitor and maintain the ICT infrastructure & systems as well as leading on system upgrade projects including Phase 2 of the website project which has just launched. The ability to build effective relationships and demonstrate professional communication skills at all levels throughout the business is essential. We would also require you to have a full driving licence to visit our remote sites when necessary. If you are experienced at project management, have excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills and can communicate effectively with strong teamwork and interpersonal skills then we would love to hear from you.

The ICT Business Partner will line manage the ICT Officer and will report directly to the Head of ICT Strategy & Development.
