  • Lead a team of experts, leveraging data-driven insights to drive media planning, scale digital channels, and maximize profitability.
  • Own the strategic direction of performance marketing, optimizing customer acquisition and retention through effective cost management and ROI/LTV.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders aligning objectives, presenting analysis, and navigating large organizational dynamics.
  • Foster thought leadership and collaboration to develop agile strategies, test and learn, and innovative approaches to improve media ROI.
  • Build trust as a media expert, solving tough business problems, and delivering clear and tailored insights through written and oral presentations.
About You
  • Extensive experience of media and digital media experience, ideally in the retail industry or media agencies.
  • Demonstrate deep expertise across digital channels (paid search, affiliates, social, programmatic), understanding their role, optimizing ROI, and shaping the media mix.
  • Be an inspirational leader, adept at motivating teams and agencies to deliver their best while maintaining attention to detail and the bigger picture.
  • Possess a profound understanding of econometric modelling and ROI measurement.
  • Thrive in an agile environment, driving results through shorter sprints and adaptive planning.
  • Showcase a track record of impactful marketing efforts and innovation, collaborating cross-functionally and meeting deadlines.
  • Have experience in budgetary control, leading RFPs and pitches, team building, and test design for measuring business impact.
