Premier Engineering has engaged with a key client and an established Boat / Manufacturing company providing a wide range of services to the Boat industry and high-profile clients. Due to team & project growth an opportunity has arisen for a Hydraulic Procurement Technician to join on a permanent basis.

The client is looking for an experienced Hydraulic Procurement Technician to join the team and assist with the supply, planning and build of the electrical boat equipment.

Job Description

  • Be part of a successful procurement team for the build of a specialized race boat and the development of a test boat
  • Source / procure hydraulic hardware components for the specialized boat / test boat
  • Work with the design team and hydraulic project manager on equipment selection and cost effectiveness
  • Be responsible for drawing issue to supplies and tracking supplier’s schedule
  • Responsible for supplier communications
  • Issue of purchase orders and tracking order status
  • definition, control, and logistics of multi process-multi supplier fabrications.
  • receive all goods at Team manufacturing facility; quality control signs off and re distribute as required
