Their goal is to continue to drive their expansion and maximise their revenue channels, implement big organismal changes whilst still maintaining the highest level of patient care and regulatory compliance.A Bit About The RoleSeeking a highly competent and experienced Human Resources Manager to join a team within in GP. You will be tasked with managing the day-to-day human resources operations of the organisation ensuring the human resources programmes and initiatives are effective, efficient, and aligned with overall business objectives.Other Duties Include (but Not Subject To)
  • To develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract, retain, and promote a diverse workforce.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organisation.
  • Oversee and manage performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
