ProAktive Risk Management (part of The Clear Group) is an innovative business looking for a HR Consultant who will understand our customers’ requirements and provide high quality advice to clients. The role will be mostly office based with opportunities to work on location with our clients and we can offer flexible office and home based work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clients with quality HR support and advice
  • Attend client Documentation reviews and update client documentation in line with best practice and legislative changes
  • Train clients and their employees in areas that you are competent to do so
  • Seek opportunities for continuous professional development.

You Should Have

  • Experience within a HR Consultancy or HR Administration role
  • CIPD Level 5 in HR is preferred, although not essential depending on experience
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • An ability to think outside the box when it comes to problem solving.
  • Full UK Driving Licence

We would expect those applying for this role to be knowledgeable on UK Employment legislation and be able to advise clients covering a range of HR topics including absence management, holiday management, disciplinary processes, grievances and redundancy scenarios.
