HRLife are working with a small, successful and growing HR consultancy who are looking to add to their team and recruit a pro-active, engaging HR Advisor to join their team. Would suit someone who is looking to gain greater exposure, still wants to learn and be mentored and develop their skills. You will be working with a portfolio of clients across a number of different sectors - from small owner managed businesses to large, bigger corporates.

You will be a great relationship builder, be able to juggle multiple stakeholders, tailor and flex your style depending on the audience and most importantly be a great advocate of the brand and business.

Every day will be different! You could be providing advice and guidance on a variety of people issues, conducting exit interviews, supporting a manager with restructures, issuing contracts and offer letters through to supporting with a TUPE or employee engagement project. It is essential that you have a generalist background and sound knowledge of ER and UK employment law to be considered for this role. Equally someone who is keen to build their ER/advisory experience will also be interesting.

There is no sales / BD or targets in this role, but naturally you’ll be a great relationship builder, able to support the growth of the business through other ways such as helping write case studies, deliver a brilliant service and be curious and uncover other HR Projects clients may need help with! You’ll be flexible, enjoy working in the office 3-4 days a week, be a team player and have a fun and positive attitude.

Salary is dependant on experience. 35-50k.
