HR Business Partner / Senior HR Advisor / Human Resources Business Partnerrequired to join a renowned manufacturer based in Wellingborough.

The HRBP will be responsible for providing expertise and advice on all ER matters, employment law compliance and HR best practices as well as working closely with the line managers to identify talent and improve the overall business strategy for Sales, Service, Finance, IT & QHSE departments.

The Human Resources Business Partner / Senior HR Advisor / HR Business Partner must be CIPD Level 5 and above or Level 3 CIPD progressing to Level 5 CIPD

Package

Circa £34,000 depending on experience

HRBP Role

First point of contact for HR advice, support and assistance to line management and staff

Work closely with the other HRBPs with ongoing and future HR projects e.g., wellbeing, employee survey, performance management etc

The main point of contact for new starters/co-ordinate all new joiner administration

Build effective working relationships with staff at all levels providing advice and guidance on policies and employment legislation

Employee training and development

Liaise with hiring managers

Deliver an efficient HR service through effective handling of disciplinaries, absence management, guiding managers, recruitment, inductions and all HR administration in line with policies and employment legislation

Work closely with various engineering departments

Office based in Wellingborough

Human Resources Business Partner Requirements

Proven experience as an HR Business Partner / HRBP / Human Resources Business Partner, Human Resources Advisor, HR Generalist, HR Officer

Ability to multi-task and understand different departments’ needs and demands

Previous experience working for an engineering company or manufacturer would be advantageous

CIPD level 5 or above / CIPD Level 3 looking to develop to CIPD Level 5 also considered DOE

Previous experience using iTrent software would be advantageous

Commutable to Wellingborough
