Salary - up to £45,000

DES Engineer required to join a multinational electrical engineering and software company, with businesses based on its measurement, control, and information technologies. The DES Engineer must have demonstrable experience in TCP, UDP, Modbus, OPC and Fieldbus. Additionally, it is advantageous to have worked in a similar role within the Industrial Automation environment.

You will be required to be commutable from Runcorn, Frodsham, Warrington, Huyton.

Up to £45,000 depending on experience

Digital Enterprise Solutions Engineer Position

As a DES Engineer, you will be responsible for configuring ePO and WSUS services for our systems.

Aid with the alarm and safety management products

Assist with the delivery and support of BRS systems and network configurations

Develop an understanding of IDS and other OT network monitoring tools

Apply your knowledge of TCP, UDP, Modbus, OPC and Fieldbus to related projects.

Requirements

Relevant higher education or degree qualification or equivalent experience

Demonstrable experience of TCP, UDP, Modbus, OPC and Fieldbus

Good understanding of industrial cyber security concepts and relational databases such as SQL and their relevant applications.

Ability to travel independently

Commutable from Runcorn, Frodsham, Warrington, Huyton

Experience configuring ePO and WSUS services would be advantageous
