Morgan Philips are working with an exciting company in Caerphilly who are searching for a HR Administrator to join them initially for a 3 month temp contract paying up to £14 per hour. There is a possibility that this could be extended at the end of the initial contract.The role of HR Administrator will be responsible for providing all administrative and clerical support for the Human Resources Department including Recruitment, Data Entry, L&D and HR activities. Duties will include;Accurately process and maintain all time and attendance data for the site using the PeopleSoft database, through the management of both electronic and paper based timesheets. Including the data entry of overtime and any payroll related information. Providing full administrative support to the HR team and line management for the recruitment and hiring of new employees, contractors, temporary and contractor staff at the site. Provide office management and clerical services for the HR Team including phone calls, new starter information, filing system upkeep, preparing purchase orders and other duties as assigned.Managing the Room set up for internal / external Learning where required as well as being the point of contact for learning providers.The successful candidate for this role will have a strong background as a HR Administrator/ Coordinator previously. You will be available to start on short notice. This is a hybrid role.
