There has never been a better time to join us. As an HR service we are going through a significant period of growth, and we are heavily investing in our HR team creating a number of HR opportunities to support our future vision.


Providing a high quality, progressive, equitable and inclusive employment experience is really important to us, and this role will supervise a team providing a solution focused HR service to the University’s employees and their managers. The role will work closely with the HR Business Partner team in managing employee relations casework.


We are looking for someone who thinks beyond processes and who understands the importance of the employee experience to the University’s overall success. You will have experience of working in a HR team in a large, complex organisation and of working with stakeholders effectively.

CIPD level 7 is also an essential requirement.
