The HR & Recruitment Advisor is the first point of contact for support regarding HR processes and scenarios. This includes first line employee relations cases and resourcing of our academic and operational staff. This is an exciting and varied role for an existing HR generalist, with experience in the education sector or similar regulated industry. We do also want to hear from HR generalists looking to move into the industry.

Our desired candidate will be CIPD level 3 or above qualified or have the equivalent experience. They will have good knowledge of employment legislation and practical experience of its application and experience of recruitment processes across all levels of an organisation.
