Our client in Cardiff is looking for a HR/Recruitment Admin Support to join their team on a Temporary basis until the beginning of June.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the recruitment process - from authorisation through to appointment, supporting managers in maintaining and updating the recruitment system, and ensuring all applicants receive the relevant correspondence in a timely fashion.
  • Manage the e-recruitment system by creating and managing job adverts, vacancy responses, releasing short-listing information and liaising with line managers to co-ordinate feedback.
  • Raising Contracts of Employment as appropriate.
  • Provide accurate information and assistance in response to incoming calls, directing messages and queries appropriately to ensure a prompt response
  • Maintain accurate filing and administrative systems to ensure an efficient and effective service that facilitates ease of access to required documents.
  • To obtain DBS checks and other employment checks such as right to work, collecting and collating validated evidence, through to receipt of disclosure.
  • Assist in office diary/facilities management including booking meeting rooms for interviews and meetings
  • To seek references, for each employee prior to the commencement of employment, in line with Regs for roles.
  • Record data on the computerised HR System and produce reports and statistics as required
  • Ensuring HR records are up to date and management information is readily available.
  • Ensure that all HR drives/systems/filing cabinets are kept up to date
  • Assist with the administration of post-employment correspondence and process authorised changes on the HR System as requested.
  • Responsible for handling incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Provide a support function to the HR Team.
  • Other ad hoc requests as required by the Head of HR, the HR Manager, and the Senior HR Advisor. Learning & Development
  • Assist with the coordination of the New Starter processes, liaising with the Learning and Development function and Line Managers.
