Your New CompanyYou’ll be working for one of South Wales’ largest and well known housing associations. Working on a contract basis you’ll be afforded the freedom and flexibility of working from home with flexible working hours.
Your new role
As Recruitment Administrator you’ll be tasked with supporting the HR Admin Team with the recruitment and onboarding process. Duties will include requesting and chasing references, checking right to work documents and setting up new starters on the relevant HR systems.
What You’ll Need To Succeed
You’ll need to have a pro active attitude to work, plus a basic IT capabilities. Previous HR, recruitment or administration would be beneficial. This is an entry level role and would suit a recent CIPD student looking to build their practical experience in a HR environment.
What You’ll Get In Return
You’ll be working on a remote basis with twice monthly team meetings. It is ideally a full time role working 37 hours per week and paying £11.80 per hour including holiday allowance.
