This role is a broad generalist role at both an operational and strategic level and will work with teams, managers and key stakeholders to help build organisation and people capability, and shape and implement effective people strategies and activities in line with the needs and priorities of Shooting Star Childrens Hospices (SSCH).

The role will be the key interface for implementation and delivery of HR initiatives and processes. You will translate the business needs into effective solutions and HR practices, keeping them inline with the business objectives, vision and values and ensuring legislative and regulatory compliance.
