The role

We have a great opportunity for a talented, high-potential HR & Payroll Officer to join KAA from May 2023. This person will support both the Finance and HR Manager with a wide range of administrative duties and play an important role in the smooth running of both departments.

What you offer

The successful candidate will be a professional person, able to demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment in all areas of their work. They will also have a high level of emotional intelligence, vital when navigating delicate or challenging situations. Experience working in the education sector is not essential although advantageous.

HR professionals looking to enhance their experience in preparation for future roles are encouraged to apply; as well as candidates who are looking to return to the profession and want experience working in the education sector.

The role is currently advertised as a 5 day per week position but we may be open to some flexibility for the right candidate.
