An exciting and unique opportunity has arisen at Wyre Forest District Council for someone to support our Corporate Leadership Team and lead on the key work of making WFDC an ‘Employer of Choice’ as part of our Wyre Forest Forward Programme.

As a HR & Organisational Development Manager you will be a competent and highly motivated individual who can support and influence at the highest levels.

The post holder will have responsibility for HR, Organisational Development, Inclusion, Corporate Health and Safety and lead a team who provide advice and transactional support across the council.

The successful applicant will be a Chartered Member of CIPD, have excellent communication skills and effective relationship management skills.

The successful applicant must have significant change management experience.

This position has an annual salary of £45,950 - £49,025.

This post is open to hybrid working.

You may be required to provide a suitable vehicle in connection with the duties of this post.

Flexible approach to working hours, able to work outside normal office hours if necessary, including a requirement to be available for evening meetings.

A basic DBS check is required.
