HR Manager (Part-time)

Location: Rochdale

Salary: £35,000-£40,000 (full-time equivalent)

Part-time opportunities are sometimes few and far between! This is hands-on role, ideally suited to a HR Generalist with experience of working in a similar stand-alone capacity. You will work closely with the Directors, taking ownership of all things HR whilst also overseeing Payroll, therefore experience in both areas is required.

You will enjoy lots of autonomy in this role and your day-to-day duties will be very varied. The post is available on a part-time basis of 25-30 hours and addition you can take advantage of flexi-time and flexible working hours that suit your personal circumstances.

Day to day responsibilities will include ensuring any HR issues are dealt with effectively and in accordance with legislation, policies and procedures. You will collate information for payroll, liaising with 3rd parties to ensure smooth and accurate processing of salaries. Taking ownership of the HR Administration for the full employment life cycle, ensuring HR records are maintained correctly and produce management reports when required on HR data.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate relevant HR and Payroll experience. You will need to have a confident and personable approach, with the ability to push back and give advice in a constructive manner. In this role, you will continue to make a positive contribution to employee engagement within the company to ensure a positive working environment for everyone.
