An established organisation based in Poole, Dorset is currently seeking an HR Business Partner on an on-going temporary basis.

Reporting to the HR Director in a small team the role will have exposure to all aspects of HR and be pivotal in delivering the people strategy providing advice and support to management teams across the business.

What will the role involve?
  • Coach and advise managers with Employee Relations case work, challenging and building their knowledge to increase capability;
  • Projects, data analysis and reporting to support the people strategy;
  • Talent and succession planning, change management to drive performance;
  • Operational support.
Suitable Candidate
  • It is essential applicants have experience of Employee Relations and partnering senior managers having worked in a role where coaching and influencing stakeholders plays a key part;
  • Fully CIPD Qualified desirable;
  • Experience within a blue collar environment would be beneficial;
  • Excellent technical HR knowledge with the ability to communicate with all levels of the business.
