CMA Recruitment Group is currently assisting an International business seeking a HR Business Partner to join their exciting and challenging environment on a permanent basis. This is an opportunity to push the people agenda working with multiple stakeholders in a fast paced environment.

What will the role involve?
  • Providing strategic interface between Directors & HR; with consistently high quality expert advice and guidance;
  • Specialist coaching and support providing commercially focussed HR solutions;
  • Developing effective working relationships, influencing & challenging to achieve delivery of the people strategy;
  • Drive, influence, advise & support the cultural & people aspects of organisational change;
  • Support business areas in achieving committed headcount budgets & targets;
  • Project management support.
Suitable Candidate
  • The client is looking for an experienced Senior HR Advisor ready for the step up or HRBP with a commercial focus who has a proven track record of successful leadership and building strong relationships;
  • The successful candidate will have strong influencing skills and be able to challenge using a diplomatic approach;
  • They will also be change orientated, analytical with strong leadership potential.
