About The Role

Calvary are seeking applications from HR Professionals with a particular interest in HR Policy. In November 2020, our organisation substantially grew with Calvary’s acquisition of Japara. We have an opportunity for someone to join our National People team to assist the National Manager to review and draft HR Policy for our newly formed organisation.

  • Focus on HR policy
  • Work with the National Manager and in collaboration with representatives from our regional HR teams
What You Bring
  • Demonstrated experience in Human Resources
  • Ability to work with various stakeholders and manage conflicting priorities
  • Posses a sharp attention to detail, curiosity and a ’can do’ approach
  • Degree qualifications in Human Resources desirable
  • A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisation
