The HR Business Partner team at Airedale are looking to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner to join our innovative and forward thinking team. We have a strong team ethos and work together effectively to ensure our people come first in everything we do. We are looking for someone who is highly motivated to work in a fast paced and exciting environment supporting a diverse portfolio. The role will particularly support our Integrated Care Division.

Although a core member of the People and OD Team, you will be an integral part of the management teams you support. As a HR Business Partner you will lead on all aspects of the people agenda for the Directorate including strategic workforce planning, modernisation, engagement and performance of the workforce.

To work as a Business Partner and autonomous practitioner aligned to a designated directorate.

Provide a full range of comprehensive and professional HR advice and support services, as well as managing the performance and direction of specified People and OD functions; including HR Advisors, employee relations, employee engagement, workforce information and medical staffing. To lead on the strategic development of Policies and Procedures, Health & Wellbeing, Equality & Diversity and selected Organisational Development projects.

Maintain and develop positive employee relations and wider employee involvement in partnership with recognised staff side and regional trade union representatives

To work in partnership with senior managers to achieve their business objectives through the fair and effective management of their people, reducing corporate liabilities through effective risk management of Human Resources including advice on very complex employment issues.
