We save lives, be it the Emergency or Children’s Air Ambulance our Helicopters and our operations teams ensure we are with people in their upmost time of need. To keep our helicopters flying; our retail shops, fundraising teams and volunteers raise the much needed funds required.

A bit about the role: *
As a HR Assistant, you will work within a close-knit team to be responsible for supporting operational activities of the HR function. This will include generalist HR administration, arranging interviews, administration of our eLearning system and supporting with the production of contracts of employment.
The role will be a mixture of home working and time at our Head Office in Rugby.

Salary: circa £18,000 to £20,000*
3 months Fixed Term Contract

What you can expect to be doing: *
*
Generalist HR: *It’s why we are here - you can expect to be providing first line HR Support and Query Management via telephone and email. You will often be people’s first point of contact, so an outgoing, enthusiastic personality is integral to this.

Recruitment: * You will support the recruitment activities across the Charity including publishing of job adverts, arranging interviews, and responding to recruitment email queries.
*
Learning and Development: *You will support with the administration of our eLearning system, ensuring all training records are up to date and compliant.

Experience: *
- A HR Qualification or HR administration experience.
- Ability to work independently; multitask, organise and prioritise workloads and meet strict deadlines.
- Attention to detail is a must together with comfort handling a wide range of data (including sensitive and personal information)
- A positive outgoing outlook
- Likes to challenge themselves daily and be involved in wider projects
