We have a brilliant team that works closely together to support our business. It is exciting times for CTS and some of the projects you will be involved in is engagement surveys, implementing a new HR system, supporting ESG initiatives, redefining processes to make them super efficient alongside the day job which had a real emphasis on supporting the recruitment of new colleagues and all the usual HR admin activities.
We will also offer you training to gain CIPD as and when this suits your development. We will also train you to be a mental health first aider if you are interested. We also like to make sure you keep learning so we encourage a host of webinars and conference style learning. Most of all we make your career path about you!

The important stuff you need to know:
We are based in Leicester, LE3. You can work from home or the office but will need to be in the office during induction so we can get you set up and more importantly bond with the HR and head office team. We like nothing more than bonding over a cup of tea and a biscuit!
It is a permanent role, working Monday - Friday.
