In this role the apprentice will be studying a Level 3 Business Administration qualification which will be delivered on site. This is an exciting and varied role for an enthusiastic and driven apprentice to learn all aspects of the human resources function in a global business environment, work in a great team and to kick-start a career in HR!

£13,000.00

Working week

8:30am-4:45pm Monday to Thursday 8:30am-3:45pm Friday

What will the apprentice be doing?

Supporting the HR Administration and management team in undertaking administrative work relating to all aspects of the HR function.

Being involved with all recruitment campaigns from start to end.

Maintaining, filing and managing data using electronic databases.

Building appropriate professional, friendly and accessible relationships with employees and line managers.

Taking formal notes at meetings as and when required.

Taking phone calls on reception in a relief capacity when required.

Support the administration team in providing first line guidance to managers on policies, annual leave, car/mileage allowances, inductions, employee wellbeing, occupational health, training and development, performance appraisals, health and safety and employment relations.

To prepare monthly reports i.e. absence reports, overtime, accident statistics, labour turnover, headcount, vacancies etc.

Administering Company schemes such as the cashplan, healthcare, pension and insurance schemes.
