An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Britten Norman. Due to ongoing growth, we are now recruiting for a HR and Talent Acquisition Advisor to join us.

As an advisor in the HR team you will provide guidance to employees and managers on HR related processes and proactively lead the administration of all HR tasks.

The business is going through an exciting period of change where we are implementing a new HR system which includes in-built ATS and Performance & Development software. You will be integral to the development and roll out of this to the business. You will be able to flex your coaching skills in training and developing line managers on the new system. This will also be a great time to review current practices to ensure we have robust processes in place that reflect best practice.

Recruitment will be a primary focus for this role, you will be responsible for delivering an effective, proactive and flexible recruitment service to all Britten-Norman companies by providing relevant and appropriate support to all hiring managers whilst driving best practice and ensuring compliance with all company procedures, documented policies and employment legislation.

We want you to redevelop our induction experience that supports new members of staff with on boarding into the business to ensure a smooth enjoyable transition. This will not only focus on first week activities, but follow through until successful completion of probation.

Through building strong relationships with line managers, we see you championing training and development within Britten-Norman, supporting line managers to develop their teams to enhance and acquire the knowledge and skills needed to reach their full potential.

There will also be a focus on succession planning to ensure we are thinking forward and prepared for the future.

You will have hands on HR experience, excellent communication and strong stakeholder management skills and be organised with strong attention to detail. You will need to be flexible and have a positive, enthusiastic attitude to work in a growing company.

In return, your remuneration will be in-line with your skills and experience and is considered competitive in the current market. You will also receive 33 day leave (inclusive of bank holidays) along with a company pension and healthcare plan.
